Consulting

· Future Design offers customers consulting services. For a nominal fee we can provide a technical representative to audit your complete blown film system, large or small, and provide you with a detailed written report. This report will indicate possible improvement points to help cut costs, increase output and improve quality.

Our commitment: All collected information and reports are kept completely confidential.

Custom Engineering & Manufacturing

· Future Design is an engineering-driven company focusing on solutions, we can custom engineer and/or manufacture custom components to suit any blown film line, In fact we have been doing so for more than 30 years, and have helped many of our customers develop and operate specific processes with exceptionally good results. Our highly skilled engineers work on different CAD platforms including Solidworks, AutoCAD and Inventor.

· We implement different manufacturing techniques and have a complete manufacturing facility, as an example we have the ability to cut aluminum plates using CNC machines and have the ability to rotate more than 3.5 meter (140”) diameter parts with our largest lathe.

Equipment Installation

· Technical representatives are available to assist and/or install all equipment supplied by Future Design.

Operations Training

· Future Design can provide in-house or on site training. One of our highly skilled representatives will train a group of any size and can accommodate various shifts and times.
