Line Audit 
The Line Audit will allow us to analyze your blown film process to identify areas for improvement.  We check the actual capabilities of your blown film line with industry standards and compare these values.  We report back areas of oppportunity for line optimization.  These recommendations may include replacement, maintenance or modifications to improve your line’s performance.

The Line Audit will assess whether there is room for improvement in your output rate, film quality, gauge variation and run conditions.

Consulting Services
