AIR RING

The Saturn Vintage Dual-Lip Air Ring with precision machining and proven performance allows the operator control of the upper lip, forming cone and chimney height to control air volume to the polymer. This distinct advantage will improve bubble stability, gauge uniformity, and roll geometry.

The Saturn Vintage is the original in blown film cooling. Custom engineered and manufactured to suit die sizes from 0 to 103 inches, with complete cast aluminum construction of rotating lipset in stationary chamber. The Vintage lipset is designed for low blow up ratio applications for high melt strength polymers. The complete line of Saturn air rings allow interchangeable lipsets to retrofit alternate die sizes and for ease of changeover applications.
