Corona Treaters

The Future Design Corona Treaters are designed using only state-of-the-art corrosion resistant components and materials. The following standard features ensure that Future Design Treaters are designed for ease of operation, operator safety, and have been running virtually maintenance free since 1994. (Manufactured by Martignoni). Future Design is the service provider for all corona units supplied in North America.

Features

Generators:

High performance frequency supplied by IGBT (insulated gate bi-polar transistor modules that can be regulated up to 30,000 Hz.)
IGBT characteristics will allow contact with intermittence mode skip treatment
Electronic protection against short circuits
Uniform discharge
No noise pollution
Digital display control panel
3-position selector to obtain best current magnitude dependent on load conditions
Automatic adjustment to load conditions

Treaters:

Treatment roller is covered with high quality silicon rubber
Ability to treat one side or both sides
Web lead out roller is anchored to a sturdy platform
External hand wheels allow for easy engagement and disengagement of treating fingers
Complete with protective enclosure
Ozone extraction fan with high voltage oil transformer
Low voltage cable for connection to generator
Base mounted feet to allow for easy on site installation
Hinged cover to allow for ease of web threading and allows operator to view material (web) and segmented fingers
