AIR RING

Future Design is the manufacturer of the world's largest cast aluminum air ring to accommodate die lip sizes of up to 103" (2,616mm). These stationary cooling rings combine the well-known advantages of duplex flow in cooling blown film with the facility to fine-tune the airflow at the lip, to match the particular characteristics of the polymer. This enables the customer to optimize the cooling rate, to lower blower horsepower and to minimize noise level. We have committed ourselves to the comprehensive design, engineering and manufacturing of this specialized application. Future Design has supplied this proven technology to original equipment manufacturers and processors in every region worldwide.
