SATURN 2000
DUAL LIP AIR RING

The Saturn 2000 adjustment was created to accommodate industry demands to allow the airflow to the Forming Cone of the Saturn cooling ring to be increased or decreased while the air ring is in full production mode. This improvement will allow operators to make this critical airflow adjustment without having to shutdown the line and lose production.

The Saturn 2000 adjustment can be retrofit to any existing Saturn Air Ring or can be installed on new applications.
