The Saturn Maximizer Plus Air
Ring with adjustable bubble gate is the latest
generation of duplex flow cooling for blown film, with the
facility to fine-tune the airflow at the lip. This allows the
advantage of matching the particular characteristics of the
operator's unique blend of polymers.
The dual lip design maintains the control necessary to produce
improved roll geometry, thickness control and bubble stability.
This design will maximize the cooling rate and utilize maximum
blower efficiency with proven gauge control. Suitable for running
low melt-strength materials at higher blow-up ratios.
