Future Design is proud to announce the Saturn Laboratory Blown Film Extrusion Systems, which have excellent reputation among the blown film industry. This fully integrated system incorporates a number of patented components to ensure accuracy, stable operating conditions and repeatability under laboratory conditions.

Most of our customers use laboratory lines in research, to establish parameters and discover operating condition for different materials, including new resins and resin blends, biodegradable materials, colors and master patches. Other customers are using them for narrow web production.

Different sizes are available to accommodate different applications. Space saving, sharp and clean appearance are some of the features offered with these lines.

Operator’s control is supplied with standard or with touch screen according to customer requirements.

Each line is custom designed but usually includes a low pressure Spiral Die to run a wide range of resins. The Saturn Air Ring has ultimate cooling control and the Bubble Glide creates bubble stability. The Collapsing unit is made of wood or rollers for perfect film collapsing. The pneumatic top nip with speed feedback uses an integrated tower with idlers. The integrated surface or cantilevered winder, air blower and manifold create a neat professional system.
