As a replacement element for an existing blown film extrusion system or as a component in a new full film line or laboratory application, the Saturn Manual Screen Changer can accommodate extruders from 1 to 5 inches.

Design:

• The Manual Screen Changer comes complete with upstream and downstream assembly plates, custom engineered extruder and die adaptors and pre-wired 220/230 VAC single-phase heater bands. Improved lever arm design provides simple shifting and accessibility from both sides of the line.
• This simple manual design is ideally suited for any line that requires a screen changer for routine maintenance and/or colour changes. Guaranteed to reduce downtime and increase film quality by reducing film debris and contaminates.
