The Saturn Elevator was developed to meet the demands of today's resins and processing specifications. It is a device that is mounted on the die or die cart that has been designed to raise and lower the air ring electrically.

The Elevator provides proven results for frost line height control, width control, faster running speeds, enhanced film properties and overall film quality. It can be custom designed, and can retrofit most blown film dies.
