Design

• The Saturn Vintage is the original in blown film cooling. It can be custom engineered and manufactured to suit die sizes from 0 to 103 inches, with complete aircraft-grade quality cast aluminum construction of rotating/oscillating lipset and chamber assembly.
• The complete line of Saturn air rings allow interchangeable lipsets to easily retrofit alternate die sizes and lip configurations to accommodate alternate running conditions.

Application

• The Vintage lipset is best suited for lower blow up ratio applications, heavy gauge films and/or high melt strength polymers.
