The Saturn E-Series air ring is the latest generation of duplex flow cooling for blown film. The redesigned Bubble Cone has been engineered based on extensive research and scientific testing to create an improved cooling configuration of air to the blown film bubble. We have fine tuned the deflection angles of the cones to provide the best venturi effect to bubbles with LBR. This will supply the most effective stream of air to impact the polymer during its critical cooling stage, where it is most affected.

• The advanced dual lip design maintains the control necessary to produce improved roll geometry, thickness control and bubble stability. This design will maximize the cooling rate and utilize maximum blower efficiency with proven gauge deviation reduction.
• The redesigned geometry of the Bubble Cone controls bubble stability and maximizes airflow control. The improved Adjustable Gate allows customized control of the ambient airflow to the bubble.
• The newly designed cone provides the exact balance of volume and velocity required to process the widest range of polymer blends.
