Insulation of components during the process of air distribution has become vital to the success of many operations including the process of blown film production. Future Design recommends the protection and insulation of not only aluminum composite parts, but also the hoses used in air delivery to the cooling ring. Neoprene insulation as supplied with our 'Hose Kozy' will prevent condensation, temperature rise, and also protect against damage, ensuring the most efficient air delivery to the air ring.

Hose Kozy comes available to fit 4" standard flexible hose and includes the following:

• 1/2" closed cell Neoprene insulation adhered to the outside diameter of hoses
• 5" diameter synthetic covering to protect insulation
• Available in any length to a maximum of 72" per hose, and can be cut to exact size if required
• Special applicator included to install Hose Kozy over insulation if purchased as a retrofit to existing hoses
