MasterSeries™ is a line of additive concentrates including antiblock, slip, process aids, antioxidants, mineral filled and various multifunctional products designed for the converter industry.

The MasterSeries™ Line of Proprietary Polyolefin based products provided by Saturn Polymers includes the following high-quality compounds and concentrates:

BI-110 is a concentrate containing a 75% Calcium Carbonate dispersed in a Polyethylene carrier resin. Major uses include addition to Polyethylene film for property enhancement, increased throughput and bubble stability. Other attributes are improvement of antiblocking and antiskid properties. Use rates vary from 10% to 25% depending on the application.

BI-113 is a concentrate containing a 75% 1 Micron Calcium Carbonate dispersed in a low melt index LLDPE carrier resin. Major uses include addition to Polyethylene film for property enhancement, increased throughput and bubble stability. Other attributes are improvement of antiblocking and antiskid properties. Use rates vary from 10% to 25% depending on the application.

BI-125 is a concentrate containing a 75% Calcium Carbonate dispersed in a Polyethylene carrier resin with a minimum of 2.5% Oleamide (Fast Bloom) Slip. Major uses include addition to polyethylene film for property enhancement, increased throughput and bubble stability. Other attributes are improvement of antiblocking and antiskid properties. Use rates vary from 10% to 25% depending on the application.

BI-107 is a concentrate containing a polyethylene carrier resin with a minimum of 5% Erucamide (Slow Bloom) Slip. Major use is addition to Polyethylene film for improvement of antiskid properties. Other attributes are property enhancement an increased throughput. Use rates vary from 10% to 25% depending upon the application.

BI-603 Process Aid is a concentrate containing 3% Fluoroelastomer Processing Aid dispersed in a polyethylene carrier resin. Designed for use in Polyethylene film applications to aid in preventing melt fracture. Use rates vary from 1% to 5% depending on the application and processing conditions.

BI-510 Antiblock is a concentrate containing 50% Diatomaceous Earth dispersed in Low Density Polyethylene. Designed for use in Low Density Polyethylene and Linear Low Density Polyethylene film applications to impart antiblocking properties to the film.

BI-350T Antiblock is an antiblock concentrate using a high purity, polymer grade platy talc dispersed in a Polyethylene carrier resin. Major uses include addition to Low Density Polyethylene and Linear Low Density Polyethylene blown or cast films. Designed to reduce the blocking of films while enhancing mechanical properties.

BI-500 Antiblock is an antiblock concentrate containing 50% Clarity Antiblock dispersed in Linear Low Density Polyethylene. Designed for use in Low Density Polyethylene and Linear Low Density Polyethylene film applications to impart antiblocking properties to the film.
