September 2010 Future Design has several successful startups for the new Saturn Automatic Perfect Balance Air Ring. We now offer a complete start-up package for Saturn Air Ring Automation with various online gauging systems. Call 905 361 9978 for more information on this newest package.

October 2010 We attended the K show in Germany. Although we did not have a booth this year, we did have many appointments. It was difficult to accommodate all of them. The show was well attended with people from all over the world. We did find some interesting new ideas, which we will share with you upon request. Contact Robert for more information of the K Show.

November 2010 Future Design launches their new website. Our aim is to keep it as informative and up-to-date as possible. We plan to send emails to each company. We encourage you to sign up to receive an up-to-date acknowledgment when there is anything new & informative.

November 2011 Future Design has installed a number of Elevated air rings and completed setups at many facilities. This technology was developed in the 1980’s by demonstrating those advantages at a company which is known as Exxon Chemical at Baytown Texas. This newest system has been redesigned to lift much more weight and it has improved the stability of the bubble.

December 2011 Saturn Tri-Lip air rings are currently available as s standard product. The Tri-Lip air ring has improved the extrusion rate by 30% or more combined with the Saturn Elevator.
